Parking Permit
Permits are available for purchase ($80) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Sunday, June 23rd – Wednesday, June 26h. Contact the Conference Management staff at ceneuro@union.wisc.edu if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.
Note, non-University Housing lodging options may offer parking for a small daily fee.
Abstract Book
Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($25) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to ceneuro@union.wisc.edu by Tuesday, May 15th to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Tuesday, May 15th will not receive a refund. All parking permits are non-refundable.
