Permits are available for purchase ($72) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Monday, June 25th – Thursday, June 28th. Contact the Conference Management staff at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.
Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.
Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($25) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.

All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com by Tuesday, May 15th in order to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Tuesday, May 15th will not receive a refund. All parking permits are non-refundable.
