Abstract submissions have been reopened and will be accepted for submission until May 31, 2018.
Poster board dimensions: 4 feet high x 4 feet wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.
The poster area will be open during conference hours beginning Monday, July 16th. Posters must be removed by Friday, July 20th at noon.
Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own poster. If you need to print a poster on-site, the following locations offer printing services:
College Library – 600 N. Park Street (across the street from Memorial Union)
Bob’s Copy Shop – 616 University Ave (0.3 miles from Memorial Union)
FedEx – 654 W. Washington Ave (0.9 miles from Memorial Union)
Any presenter needing to ship a poster prior to the conference will need to contact Conference Management to confirm when poster will arrive to ensure that poster is delivered properly and is on-site.
