Additional Items for Purchase

Dinner & Awards Ceremony

The Banquet Dinner and Awards Ceremony will be held on the evening of Thursday, July 19th for an additional $65.00. Please RSVP while registering to secure your spot!

Parking Permit

Permits are available for purchase ($108) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Sunday, July 15th – Friday, July 20th. Contact the Conference Management staff at icp@union.wisc.edu if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.

Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer either complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.

All cancellations must be made in writing for icp@union.wisc.edu by Monday, June 25th in order to receive a partial refund. A $75 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Monday, June 25 will not receive a refund. All parking permits are non-refundable.
