Abstract Information & Guidelines

Registration must be completed prior to beginning an abstract submission. The link to the abstract submission site is in your registration confirmation email.

You will need the following information to begin your submission:

  • Presenting author’s contact information and affiliation
  • Co-authors names and affiliations
  • Principal Investigator/Lab Head name, affiliation, and email

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts submitted to be considered for oral presentation must be received by TBD
  • Abstracts submitted for a poster presentation must be received by TBD
  • Abstract length is limited to 2500 characters
  • Be sure to include all authors in the author list, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and Principal Investigator/Lab Head
  • All submissions will print exactly as submitted
  • One abstract submission will be allowed per registration
  • It is the policy of the meeting to limit the number of ORAL presentations from each laboratory, so if your laboratory submits multiple abstract requests for talks, the lab head will be contacted about prioritization. There is no limit to poster presentations per lab
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication
  • Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered

Review of Abstracts Submitted for Oral Presentations

  • All submittals for oral presentation are reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee
  • Notifications regarding requests for oral presentations will be made by TBD
  • Notifications will be made by email to the presenting author
  • Any oral presentations not chosen for an oral presentation will receive a poster presentation
