Poster board dimensions: 4 feet’ high x 4 feet wide*. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.
All posters will be up for the entire meeting. Authors are expected to present at their posters for only one time slot as indicated in the program.
The poster area will be open during conference hours beginning at 8am on Tuesday, August 6th. We encourage you to remove all posters at the end of the day on Thursday, August 8th

Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own poster. If you need to print a poster on-site, the following locations offer printing services:
FedEx – 654 W. Washington Ave (0.9 miles from Memorial Union)
StudentPrint -333 East Campus Mall (0.3 miles from Memorial Union)
Any presenter needing to ship a poster prior to the conference will need to contact Conference Management to confirm when poster will arrive to ensure that poster is delivered properly and is on-site.
