Lodging

The Concourse Hotel is the Host Hotel for the Conference. All conference sessions and most events will be held at this venue. Additional Hotels are listed but the room blocks are very small and intended for overflow.

Discounted lodging blocks have been reserved at lodging locations listed below with various cut off dates. Please see below for specific cut off dates. All rooms are subject to availability and regular rates.

Please use the direct links and/or access codes to receive the conference rate. Booking lodging accommodations does not register you for the conference.

Hotels reservations are only possible via the below links or by contacting the hotel directly. No one will contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is a scam.

Phillips Hall, located on the western side of campus along the shores of Lake Mendota, offers single and double occupancy rooms, which include private bathrooms and housekeeping options, including towel service, hotel-style cleaning and other amenities. This conference facility has central air conditioning and provides several meeting spaces and a large first floor lounge for catering or networking opportunities. A kitchen is located on the lower level and laundry facilities are available on third and fourth floors. Breakfast is provided in the Four Lakes Market located in Dejope Residence Hall.

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governors Club is our Host hotel and is located in the heart of downtown Madison. All conference session and main events will be held here. Guests can walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. The hotel offers an indoor parking garage with a current rate of $10/night. Additional parking is available across the street at the State Street Capitol Ramp (214 N. Carroll Street). Please be advised that the parking garage has a low clearance and may not accommodate large vehicles. A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from Dane County Regional Airport to all hotel guests from 4:30am – 11:00pm. Please call the hotel to let us know that you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up. The shuttle pick-up area is located outside baggage claim, Door 5. Please make a reservation at the Front Desk for your return trip to the airport. The airport is five miles from the hotel.

The Hyatt Place Madison Downtown is located downtown Madison within walking distance to the Wisconsin State Capitol and the Overture Center for the Art’s. The University of Wisconsin-Madison campus is located just a few short blocks away, as well as the many restaurant and shops of State Street. The hotel features free breakfast, internet access, a fitness center, an indoor pool, business services, and a bar. Overnight parking is $15/day.
