Please see the lodging page under the Meeting Site tab on the top menu for prices and direct booking information.<\/p>\n<h3>Registration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration Open: 15th&nbsp;June<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Author\/Presenter Registration Deadline: 24<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> July<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early Bird Registration End: 30<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> July<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Regular Registration Ends: 31<span>st<\/span><span> Aug\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All Registrations Include: Meeting Attendance, AM\/PM Breaks, Lunches, Dinners, and Closing Banquet.<\/p>\n<p>One abstract submission is included with the registration fee.<\/p>\n<h3>Additional Items for Purchase<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Abstract Book<\/strong><br>Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($25) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking Permit<\/strong><br>Permits are available for purchase ($20 per day) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid September 28th-30th. Contact the Conference Management staff at <a href=\"mailto:ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu\">ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu<\/a>&nbsp;if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.<\/p>\n<p>Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer either complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment Information<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Credit Card:<\/strong> Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express<\/p>\n<p><strong>Checks:<\/strong> Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union &#8211; ASC Madison 2026 and mail to Wisconsin Union Conference Management | 702 Langdon Street | Madison, WI 53706 <br><em>**Please allow time for checks to be cut and mailed<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wire Transfers:<\/strong> Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at <a href=\"mailto:ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu\">ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>All cancellations must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu\">ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu<\/a> by July 1, 2026&nbsp;in order to receive a partial refund. A $100.00 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline.
