Shuttle Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shuttle Service will be available for guests arriving at the Dane County Regional Airport on Saturday, July 28th. The Badger Bus Shuttle Service will run continuously from TBD. Please look for the Badger Bus outside of the terminal by baggage pick up.<\/p>\n

By Plane<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madison: The Dane County Regional Airport is located 4 miles northeast of downtown Madison. You can continue to the meeting site via taxi, which will cost approximately $12.00. Please visit www.msnairport.com<\/a> for more information<\/p>\n

Milwaukee: The General Mitchell International Airport (www.mitchellairport.com<\/a>) is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, approximately 75 miles east of Madison. You may continue to Madison via car or bus. Please see below for more information on car and bus travel.<\/p>\n

Chicago: Chicago, Illinois is located 150 miles southeast of Madison and has two international airports: Midway International Airport and O’Hare International Airport. Both airports can be found by visiting www.ohare.com – passengers can continue to Madison via car or bus; please see below for additional information on both options.<\/p>\n

By Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milwaukee: The Badger Coach Bus Line runs 6 trips daily from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport directly to the Madison Meeting Site for $25 one way. Travel time is approximately 2 hours. Please call (608) 276-7490 for more information or visit www.badgerbus.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Chicago: The Van Galder Bus Company runs buses numerous times throughout the day from both O’Hare and Midway Airports, directly to the Memorial Union in Madison, the conference venue. The one-way fare is currently $38 and travel time is approximately 2.8 – 3.5 hours. For more information,  visit www.vangalderbus.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Greyhound bus lines also run to Madison. Please call (800) 231-2222 for fare and schedule information, or visit www.greyhound.com<\/a>. Taxis are available at the bus terminal, which is approximately 0.5 miles from the Union.<\/p>\n

Madison Airport: The Madison Metro Route D runs from MSN to campus for $2. Visit www.cityofmadison.com\/metro<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n

By Car<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madison lies approximately 150 miles northwest of Chicago (2.5 hour drive), 75 miles west of Milwaukee (1.5 hour dive) and 270 miles southeast of Minneapolis (4 hour drive).<\/p>\n

Parking: Parking in Madison is very limited. As a courtesy to conference participants, a limited number of campus parking permits will be available for purchase. If you would like a permit, please reserve your ticket on the conference registration page, when registering for the conference.<\/strong> Permits that have been requested and paid for will be distributed at the conference check-in. There will be no refunds<\/strong> for unused parking permits.<\/p>\n
