Please visit the lodging page for prices and direct booking information.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Registration Types<\/h4>\n<p>Regular: $575.00<br \/>\nStudent Postdoc: $450.00<em><br \/>\nIncludes: Meeting Attendance, Opening Reception, Breaks, Lunches, Dinners, and Poster Sessions<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Additional Items for Purchase<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Parking Permit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Permits are available for purchase ($80) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Sunday, June 23rd &#8211; Wednesday, June 26th. Contact the Conference Management staff at <a href=\"mailto:ceneuro@union.wisc.edu\">ceneuro@union.wisc.edu<\/a> if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.<\/p>\n<p>Note, non-university Housing lodging options may offer parking for a small daily fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract Book<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($25) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.<\/p>\n<h4>Payment Information<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Credit Card:<\/strong> Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover<br \/>\n<strong>Wire Transfers:<\/strong> Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at <a href=\"mailto:ceneuro@union.wisc.edu\">ceneuro@union.wisc.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Cancellations<\/h4>\n<p>All cancellations must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:ceneuro@union.wisc.edu\">ceneuro@union.wisc.edu<\/a> by Tuesday, May 15th to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Tuesday, May 15th will not receive a refund.
