Discounted room blocks have been reserved at the below lodging locations. Each location has various cut off date, please be aware of the specific cut off date when booking. All rooms are subject to availability and regular rates.

Please use the direct links and/or access codes to receive the conference rate. Booking accommodations does not register you for the conference.

If you have a government travel rate, please call the hotel directly as they will need documentation. There is no guarantee they will match the rate.

Hotel reservations are only possible via the below links or by contacting the hotel directly. No one will contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is a scam.

Fluno Center

Room Rate: $180/night plus taxes

The Fluno Center provides a lodging experience unlike any other and puts you in the heart of it all. Their downtown location places you only minutes away from entertainment, activities, and shopping. A stroll to State Street’s pedestrian mall offers a variety of bookstores, restaurants, coffeehouses, pubs, specialty shops, and entertainment options. Guests’ rooms are located on the fourth through seventh floors and complement the Prairie Style design and comfort of the Center’s main rooms. Guest rooms include a relaxing Kohler whirlpool bath, a spacious workstation, complimentary Wi-Fi, large mini-refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a 40-inch flat screen TV.

University Housing – Chadbourne Hall

Single Occupancy: $89.23/night
*Double Occupancy: $60.23/night

*To be paired with a preferred roommate, both parties must request the other person. If you select a double occupancy room and do not submit a roommate request, University Housing will pair a person with you.

Chadbourne Residence Hall is centrally located on campus and in close proximity to several campus bus lines. Rooms come in double or single occupancy and have air conditioning. Each wing has a shared bathroom and laundry facilities are located on the lower level. Each floor also has a lounge and kitchen area. Chadbourne is also connected to Rheta’s Market where breakfast is served in the morning.

DoubleTree

Room Rate: $175/night plus taxes

The DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is just a 10-minute walk from the Union or a 4-minute drive via the hotel’s courtesy shuttle service. Popular for its free local and airport transportation, the hotel also offers a full-service restaurant, Starbucks® Café, and newly renovated guest rooms featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Many of Madison’s iconic restaurants and bars as well as popular destinations like State Street, the University of Wisconsin campus, and State Capitol are just steps away. For guests driving in, self-parking is available onsite for $20 per night.
