Before beginning your abstract submission, please collect the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Presenting authors contact information and affiliation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Co-Authors names and affiliations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Abstract Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Only create one account for abstract submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 350 word count limit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select your presentation preference, oral or poster presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Include all authors and affiliations in submission, including the submitting author, and any co-authors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with spelling and grammar of a quality suitable for publication<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- All submissions will print the exact way they are submitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Review Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- All submittals are reviewed by the conference program committee<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any oral submissions not chosen for an oral presentation will receive a poster presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
