Airport Shuttle<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re providing complimentary shuttle service from the Dane County Regional Airport to the Memorial Union on Monday, July 14th<\/strong>. Shuttles will run continuously between 11:30 AM and 7:00 PM<\/strong>, so feel free to hop on whenever you arrive during that window!<\/p>\n

A return shuttle to the Dane County Regional Airport from the Memorial Union will be running on Saturday, July 19th<\/strong> continuously between 8:00am-12:00pm<\/strong> with the last pick up at Memorial Union happening at 11:45am.<\/p>\n

By Plane<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madison<\/u>: <\/u>The Dane County Regional Airport is located 4 miles northeast of downtown Madison. You can continue to the meeting site via taxi, which will cost approximately $12.00. Please visit\u00a0www.msnairport.com<\/a>\u00a0for more information.<\/p>\n

Milwaukee<\/u>: <\/u>The General Mitchell International Airport (www.mitchellairport.com<\/a>) is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, approximately 75 miles east of Madison. You may continue to Madison via car or bus. Please see below for more information on car and bus travel.<\/p>\n

Chicago<\/u>:<\/u>\u00a0Chicago, Illinois is located 150 miles southeast of Madison and has two international airports: Midway International Airport and O\u2019Hare International Airport. Both airports can be found by visiting\u00a0www.ohare.com<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 passengers can continue to Madison via car or bus; please see below for additional information on both options<\/p>\n

By Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milwaukee:<\/u>\u00a0The Badger Coach Bus Line runs six trips daily from Milwaukee\u2019s General Mitchell International Airport to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus for $23 one way. The drop off location is located at the corner of Lake and Johnson streets, and is a four block walk to the conference meeting site. Travel time is approximately two hours. Chicago:<\/u>\u00a0The Van Galder Bus Company runs several times daily from both O\u2019Hare and Midway Airports, directly to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The drop off location is located at the corner of Lake and Johnson streets, and is a four block walk to the conference meeting site. The one-way fare is currently $30-32 and travel time is approximately 3.5 hours. Please call (800) 747-0994 for more information or visit\u00a0www.vangalderbus.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Greyhound bus lines also run to Madison. Please call (800) 231-2222 for fare and schedule information, or visit\u00a0www.greyhound.com<\/a>. Taxis are available at the bus terminal, which is approximately 0.5 miles from the Union.<\/p>\n

By Car<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madison lies approximately 150 miles northwest of Chicago (3 hour drive), 75 miles west of Milwaukee (1.5 hour drive) and 270 miles southeast of Minneapolis (4 hour drive). For driving directions, try\u00a0Yahoo! Maps<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/u>: Parking in Madison is very limited. As a courtesy to conference participants, a limited number of campus parking permits will be available for purchase.\u00a0If you would like a permit, please reserve your ticket on the conference registration page, when registering for the conference.\u00a0<\/strong>Permits that have been requested and paid for will be distributed at conference check-in. There will be\u00a0no refunds<\/u>\u00a0for unused parking permits<\/p>\n

Individuals arriving\/departing outside the complimentary shuttle hours will need to arrange for their own transportation to the Dane County Airport in Madison. Below is a listing of taxi cab companies in Madison. Participants must pay this expense.<\/p>\n
