Madison: The Dane County Regional Airport is located 4 miles northeast of downtown Madison. You can continue to the meeting site via taxi, which will cost approximately $20-$30. Please visit www.msnairport.com<\/a> for more information<\/p>\n

Milwaukee: The General Mitchell International Airport (www.mitchellairport.com<\/a>) is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, approximately 75 miles east of Madison. You may continue to Madison via car or bus. Please see below for more information on car and bus travel.<\/p>\n

Chicago: Chicago, Illinois is located 150 miles southeast of Madison and has two international airports: Midway International Airport and O’Hare International Airport. Both airports can be found by visiting www.ohare.com<\/a> – passengers can continue to Madison via car or bus; please see below for additional information on both options.<\/p>\n

Once you are in Madison, the Madison Metro<\/a> Route D bus runs from the airport to campus for only $2.<\/p>\n

By Bus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milwaukee: The Badger Coach Bus Line runs 6 trips daily from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport directly to the Madison Meeting Site for $25 one way. Travel time is approximately 2 hours. Please call (608) 276-7490 for more information or visit www.badgerbus.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Chicago: The Van Galder Bus Company runs buses numerous times throughout the day from both O’Hare and Midway Airports, directly to the Memorial Union in Madison, the conference venue. The one-way fare is currently $38 and travel time is approximately 2.8 – 3.5 hours. For more information, \u00a0visit www.vangalderbus.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Greyhound bus lines also run to Madison. Please call (800) 231-2222 for fare and schedule information, or visit www.greyhound.com<\/a>. Taxis are available at the bus terminal, which is approximately 0.5 miles from the Union.<\/p>\n

By Car<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madison lies approximately 150 miles northwest of Chicago (2.5 hour drive), 75 miles west of Milwaukee (1.5 hour dive) and 270 miles southeast of Minneapolis (4 hour drive).<\/p>\n

Parking: Parking in Madison is very limited. As a courtesy to conference participants, a limited number of campus parking permits will be available for purchase. If you would like a permit, please reserve your ticket on the conference registration page, when registering for the conference.<\/strong> Permits that have been requested and paid for will be distributed at the conference check-in. There will be no refunds<\/strong> for unused parking permits.<\/p>\n
