Parking Permit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Parking in Madison is very limited. It is recommended to review your parking options in advance. 

Campus parking can be found on the UW Transportation Services Visitor parking website https:\/\/transportation.wisc.edu\/visitor-parking<\/a>\/ Lot 6,<\/strong> Helen C. White Library is the closest to Memorial Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also several City of Madison Parking lots near campus that offer daily parking rates. Click here<\/a> to find additional information on the City of Madison Parking.  The Frances Street Campus Garage is the closest lot to the Memorial Union. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permits are available for purchase through registration for the conference until Friday, June 28, 2026. All parking permits are non-refundable. Contact the Conference Management staff at microbes@union.wisc.edu<\/a> if you have any questions regarding parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at microbes@union.wisc.edu<\/a>. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Permits are available for purchase and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Alternatively, parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference.
