In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.<\/p>\n Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to\u00a0conferences@union.wisc.edu<\/a>\u00a0no later than April 19, 2024\u00a0in order to receive a partial refund. A $150 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after April 19, 2024\u00a0will not receive a refund.<\/p>\n University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for their registration with a university purchasing card.
