Parking Permit
Permits are available for purchase ($80) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Sunday, June 7 – Wednesday, June 10. Contact the Conference Management staff at conferences@union.wisc.edu if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.
Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@union.wisc.edu by Monday, May 3, 2026 in order to receive a partial refund. A $100.00 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Monday, May 3,2026 will not receive a refund.
