The link to the abstract submission site is in your registration confirmation email.<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>You will need the following information to begin your submission:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Presenting author\u2019s contact information and affiliation<\/li>\r\n<li>Co-authors names and affiliations<\/li>\r\n<li>Principal Investigator\/Lab Head name, affiliation, and email<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Abstract Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Abstracts submitted to be considered for oral presentation must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Abstracts submitted for a poster presentation must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Abstract length is limited to 350 words<\/li>\r\n<li>Be sure to include all authors in the author list, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and Principal Investigator\/Lab Head<\/li>\r\n<li>All submissions will print exactly as submitted<\/li>\r\n<li>One abstract submission will be allowed per registration<\/li>\r\n<li>All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication<\/li>\r\n<li>Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Review of Abstracts Submitted for Oral Presentations<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>All submittals for oral presentation are reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee<\/li>\r\n<li>Notifications regarding requests for presentations will be made by Friday, May 22, 2026<\/li>\r\n<li>Notifications will be made by email to the presenting author<\/li>\r\n<li>Any oral presentations not chosen for an oral presentation will receive a poster presentation<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul id=\"block-3cafa02a-4222-42ca-b1ce-280d464e9cdc\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abstract Information &amp; Guidelines &nbsp; Registration must be completed prior to beginning an abstract submission.
