The link to the abstract submission site is in your registration confirmation email.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>You will need the following information to begin your submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenting author&#8217;s contact information and affiliation<\/li>\n<li>Co-authors names and affiliations<\/li>\n<li>Principal Investigator\/Lab Head name, affiliation, and email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Abstract Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Abstracts submitted to be considered for oral presentation must be received by Wednesday, June 10, 2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Abstracts submitted for a poster presentation must be received by Sunday, June 28, 2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Abstract length is limited to 300 words<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Be sure to include all authors in the author list, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and Principal Investigator\/Lab Head<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">All submissions will print exactly as submitted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">One abstract submission will be allowed per registration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered<\/span><\/li>\n<li>We are aware that there are often more excellent oral presentations than slots available. In order to ensure the breadth of science that has been a hallmark of this meeting, we note that generally only one oral presentation will be allowed from any given laboratory.
