2026 Registration Types*<\/h3>\n

Student, Graduate, or Undergraduate – $575<\/b>
\nPost Doc – $625<\/strong>
\nRegular – $750<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration fees include meals for the conference.<\/p>\n

*Registration fees have increased this year due to increases in hosting and venue costs. Please check back for updates on the availability of travel funds or reach out to the Organizers if additional financial assistance is needed for meeting attendance.<\/em>

Additional items for purchase<\/h3>\n

Abstract Book
\n<\/strong>An electronic version of the Abstract Book will be made available to all registered attendees.
\nPrinted Abstract Books are available for purchase ($30) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.<\/p>\n

Payment information<\/h3>\n

Credit Card*<\/strong>: Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover<\/p>\n

*University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for registration with a University Purchase Card – please select ‘Worktag’ and email phages@union.wisc.edu<\/a> to complete payment.<\/p>\n

Checks<\/strong>: Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union – Phages 2026 and mail to Wisconsin Union Conference Management | 702 Langdon St. | Madison, WI 53706. **Please allow time for checks to be cut and mailed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Wire Transfers<\/strong>: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at phages@union.wisc.edu<\/a>. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/h3>\n

All cancellations must be made in writing to phages@union.wisc.edu<\/a> \u00a0by Friday, June 19, 2026 <\/strong>in order to receive a partial refund. A $150 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Friday, June 19, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>will not receive a refund.<\/p>\n
