Please indicate the delegate\u2019s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Cancellations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>All cancellations must be made in writing to sbr@union.wisc.edu by TBD in order to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline.
