If you need to print a poster on-site, the following location offers printing services:\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/local.fedex.com\/en-us\/wi\/madison\/office-0416\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FedEx<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>\u2013 654 W. Washington Ave (0.9 miles from Memorial Union)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you need to ship your poster, contact <a href=\"mailto:%20phages@union.wisc.edu\"><strong>Conference Management<\/strong><\/a> (conferences@union.wisc.edu) to confirm shipping details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Presentation Area<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Open during conference hours beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 23.<\/li>\n<li>Pushpins to hang posters will be provided<\/li>\n<li>Posters should remain up until 1:20pm Friday, July 25.<\/li>\n<li>Posters MUST be removed by 2:45pm Friday, July 25.<\/li>\n<li>Authors are expected to present at their posters at the following two time slots indicated in the Conference Schedule:\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday July 23\n<ul>\n<li>6:20pm &#8211; 7:00pm (even numbered posters)<\/li>\n<li>7:30pm &#8211; 8:10pm (odd numbered posters)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Thursday July 24\n<ul>\n<li>2:45 \u2013 1:05 (First name begins with the letter A through L)<\/li>\n<li>1:05 \u2013 1:25\u00a0 (First name begins with M through Z)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Friday July 25\n<ul>\n<li>12:40 \u2013 1:20 Open Viewing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poster Guidelines Max Poster size: 46 inches wide x 40 inches tall (117cm wide and 102cm tall).
