We are excited to welcome you to the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison from July 10-12, 2026 for The Union Summit!

The Union Summit is a landmark international gathering of thought leaders in global plastic and reconstructive surgery. Taking place from July 10 to 12, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin, this three-day event will convene surgeons, educators, NGO leaders, industry innovators, and policymakers to develop actionable strategies for advancing surgical equity in underserved communities worldwide.

Through keynote talks, expert panels, regional and specialty breakout groups, and structured debates, the Union Summit catalyzes sustainable partnerships and elevates the field of global plastic surgery.

Goals and Impact
• Foster global collaboration among surgeons, NGOs, academic institutions, and governments.
• Elevate evidence-based and locally sustainable models of care.
• Promote ethical and impactful global surgery programs.
• Drive research, policy, and innovation efforts addressing unmet surgical needs.
