The Union Summit is a landmark international gathering of thought leaders in global plastic and reconstructive surgery. Taking place from July 10 to 12, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin, this three-day event will convene surgeons, educators, NGO leaders, industry innovators, and policymakers to develop actionable strategies for advancing surgical equity in underserved communities worldwide.<\/p>\n

Through keynote talks, expert panels, regional and specialty breakout groups, and structured debates, the Union Summit catalyzes sustainable partnerships and elevates the field of global plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

Goals and Impact
