Parking
Parking in Madison is very limited, especially on Football Game Days! It is highly recommended you review your parking options in advance.
Many local hotels provide parking options. We also recommend contacting Campus parking (608) 263-666 to discuss navigating Game Day parking and discuss your parking needs. Lot 6, Helen C. White Library is the closest to Memorial Union.
There are also several City of Madison Parking lots near campus that offer daily parking rates. Click here to find additional information on the City of Madison Parking. The State Street Campus Garage is the closest lot to Memorial Union.
COVID-19 Responsibililty
The conference planning committee is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment in which to learn. Please consider the following:
Masks are strongly encouraged throughout the event. Masks are available at registration, as well as Langdon & Park Street entrances of the Wisconsin Union.
We recommend that all participants screen themselves daily for symptoms. Antigen tests may be available upon request at registration.
We encourage attendees who wish to physically distance themselves to do so. All breaks and meals have easy access to outdoor space. Attendees may choose to eat their meals outside or throughout the public spaces in the building, however.
