Daily Schedule Overview

The BCCE 2026 program will follow a consistent daily rhythm to help attendees navigate sessions, workshops, and events with ease. The block schedule below provides a general overview of each conference day.

Whether you’re planning a symposium, proposing a workshop, or simply organizing your time at the conference, this model gives you a sense of how the day flows, from morning sessions to evening receptions.

  • Symposia are offered in short talk blocks across the day (Blocks 1, 2, 4).
  • Workshops run in parallel 90-minute blocks and depending on proposed length, can take up one, two, or all three blocks.
  • Poster Sessions take place in the early afternoon.
  • Birds of a Feather sessions will take place over lunch or during the evening, depending on the nature of the session.

Community Conversations and other evening events offer space for connection, discussion, and engagement.

All times are shown in Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Please note: This is a generic daily structure. Specific session details and schedules will be posted as the program develops.
