Registration

Registration opens Wednesday, March 18th.

Accommodations are booked separately from registration. Please see the lodging page for prices and direct booking information.

*Standard registration is for faculty and staff of four-year colleges and universities, industry or government employees, and anyone not explicitly listed in the other registration types.

**Attendees will have the option to add a guest registration through the registration process. Guest registration includes access to exhibits, poster sessions, and evening receptions.  

***Remote registration provides access to streaming and on-demand content from the on-site conference as well as the ability to present a virtual poster or talk.

Payment Information

Credit Card: Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

*University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for registration with a University Purchase Card – please select ‘Worktag’ and email bcce2026@union.wisc.edu to complete payment.

Checks: Please make all checks out to UW Conferences & Events – BCCE 2026 and mail to UW Conferences & Events | 702 Langdon St. | Madison, WI 53706. **Please allow time for checks to be cut and mailed.

Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at bcce2026@union.wisc.edu. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to  bcce2026@union.wisc.edu by July 6, 2026, to receive a partial refund. A $75.00 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after July 7, 2026, will not receive a refund.
