Abstract Submission

Please note, conference registration is separate from abstract submission. You may register for the conference here.

Before submitting your abstract, you must click “Update Contact Information” and fill out the required sections.

The presenting author will receive an email confirming the receipt of the abstract once it’s completed. Please notify your co-authors that the confirmation was received.

You will need the following information to begin your submission: 

• Presenting author’s contact information, affiliation, and email 
• Co-authors names and affiliations 
• Corresponding author’s (if different from the presenter) name, affiliation, and email 

Abstract Guidelines: 

• Abstract length is limited to 300 words. 
• Be sure to include all authors in the author list including the presenting author, any co-authors, and corresponding author. 
• All submissions will print exactly as submitted.
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication. 
• Abstracts are not fully submitted for consideration until the submitting author has registered for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. 
• Abstracts constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered. 

Review Procedures: 

• All submissions for both oral and poster presentations are reviewed the Organizing Committee. 
• If the Program Committee invites an abstract for an oral presentation, notifications will be made by email tot he presenting author only. 
• We anticipate that about 12 open-submission abstracts will be invited to make an oral and the majority of submitted abstracts authors will be invited to present a poster. Note that poster sessions will receive strong emphasis and significant time at this meeting. 
• The submission deadline for abstracts to be considered for a talk is April 15, 2025. The submission deadline for abstracts to be included in the program book is June 16, 2025.
