Additional items for purchase
An electronic version of the Abstract Book will be made available to all registered attendees.
Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($15) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.
Permits are available for purchase ($90) and can be ordered when you register for the conference (offered under the “merchandise” tab). Alternatively, parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Monday, August 7th – Friday, August 11th . Contact the Conference Management staff at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.
Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer either complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.

Checks: Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union – Phages 2017 and mail to Wisconsin Union Conference Services | 1308 W. Dayton Street | Madison, WI 53715. **Please allow time for checks to be cut and mailed.

All payments are due Monday, July 10, 2017. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the participant’s registration and forfeiture of any fees previously paid.
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, July 10 in order to receive a partial refund. A $75 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Monday, July 10 will not receive a refund.
