- Abstract length is limited to 500 words
- Be sure to include all authors in the author list, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and Principal Investigator/Lab Head
- All submissions will print exactly as submitted
- One abstract submission will be allowed per registration
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication

- We are aware that there are often more excellent oral presentations than slots available. In order to ensure the breadth of science that has been a hallmark of this meeting, we note that generally only one oral presentation will be allowed from any given laboratory. There is no limit to poster presentations per lab and we encourage a wide range of submissions for both.
Review of Abstracts Submitted for Oral Presentations
- All submittals for oral presentation are reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee
- Notifications regarding requests for presentations will be made by Thursday, June 27, 2024
- Notifications will be made by email to the presenting author
- Any oral presentations not chosen for an oral presentation will receive a poster presentation
