Student Scholarship Opportunities

On behalf of our sponsors, we are excited to offer four scholarships to recognize exceptional research conducted by university students. These awards are primarily for graduate students, though undergraduate researchers are also encouraged to apply. The deadline to apply for a student scholarship is June 30, 2026. Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify, the student must:

1. Be the first author of the conference paper.
2. Deliver the oral presentation of the paper in-person at the conference.
3. Be enrolled in an academic institution at the time of the conference.
4. Indicate your eligibility in the authors portal when submitting your paper

Available Awards:

• Student Scholar Award ($1,000): Recognizes exceptional scholarship; requires a CV and advisor recommendation letter.
  • If you are recommending a student for an award, you can upload your letter of recommendation here. Limited to 1 page.
  • If you are a student, you can upload your CV here. Limited to 2 pages.
• Best Paper Award ($1,000): Awarded to the top student paper presented at the conference.
• Honorable Mention Awards ($500): Two awards granted to the top-ranked runners-up for Best Paper
