Abstract Information & Guidelines

You will need the following information to begin your submission:

  • Presenting author’s contact information and affiliation
  • Co-authors names and affiliations
  • Select type of presentation: Plenary or Oral Talk, and Poster Presentation
  • Select a topic area. Please note for Plenary consideration you will need to select from the Focus Topics and for Oral and Posters select from the Standing Group Topics. In the abstract submission portal there will be a drop down menu for you to select your topic area.

Please follow the attached template when submitting your abstract. Please submit your abstract in PDF form. The exact way you submit your work is how it will be published.
