Poster board dimensions: 4’ high x 4′ wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.
All posters will be up for the entire meeting. Authors are expected to present at their posters for only one time slot as indicated in the program.
The poster area will be open during conference hours beginning Tuesday, morning April 9. Poster must be removed by noon on Friday, April 12.

Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own poster. If you need to print a poster on-site, the following locations offer printing services:
FedEx Asheville can print poster 3×5 and 3×3 quickly. If you want to have a 4×4 poster printed there is a two day turnaround. Please plan ahead.

Any presenter needing to ship a poster prior to the conference will need to contact Conference Management to confirm when poster will arrive to ensure that poster is delivered properly and is on-site.
