Discounted blocks have been reserved at the below lodging locations with various cut off dates. Please see below for specific cut off dates. All rooms are subject to availability and regular rates.

Please use the direct links and/or access codes to receive the conference rate. Booking lodging accommodations does not register you for the conference. Please register via the conference registration fee and information page.

Hotel reservations are only possible via the below links or by contacting the hotel directly. No one will contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is a scam.

University Housing – Sullivan Hall

Single Occupancy Room Rate: $70.70/night plus taxes
Double Occupancy Room Rate: $44.70/night plus taxes

*To be paired with a preferred roommate, both parties must request the other person. If you select a double occupancy room and do not submit a roommate request, University Housing will pair a person with you.

You can book online here. Once on the site, click the ‘Summer Guests’ button on the top. You will then need to create a login to proceed with a reservation by clicking on the ‘Register Here’ button.

Sullivan Hall, located in the west campus area of campus and offers single and double occupancy rooms with air conditioning window units, televisions, and clock radios. Bathroom facilities are located on each floor. Kitchens and spacious lounges are located on every floor and laundry facilities are on the first floor. Breakfast will be served nearby in Four Lakes Market.

The UW Madison campus bus route 80 has a stop located only a block from Sullivan Hall (Elm & Observatory Dr.: Stop #3) This route will take you directly to the meeting site (Stop #1).

DoubleTree Hotel

Room Rate: $179/night plus taxes

To make a reservation, please call (608) 251-5511 and mention the Ce Aging Conference or book online here. All reservations must be made by Saturday, June 1, 2024 to receive the discounted rate.

The DoubleTree is located on the east side of campus and downtown between lakes Monona and Mendota. Offering several amenities, including a business center, and the Badgerland Bar & Grill; all just a 10-minute walk from the Memorial Union. Each room features a refrigerator, microwave, 42-inch HDTV, and an executive desk. Enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants, including local favorites like the Nitty Gritty, Ian’s Pizza, and Wando’s. Take advantage of their courtesy local and airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour pantry market. Parking is $15/day.

Hampton Inn & Suites

Room Rate:  $169/night plus taxes

Reservations may be made by calling the Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown direct at (608) 255-0360 and mention “CE Aging Conference” or book online here. All reservations must be made by Tuesday, May 21, 2024 to receive the discounted rate.

The Hampton Inn & Suites sits blocks from the heart of downtown Madison, located within walking distance of the Memorial Union and many great local restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Rooms include a 42-inch LCD TV, microwave, a mini-refrigerator, and many additional comfort amenities. Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and on-site business center to keep you connected. Take a swim no matter the season in the indoor pool, and stay in shape in the fitness center. Free hot breakfast is available, or try Bassett Street Brunch Club, a local favorite attached to the hotel.


The Graduate
