Additional Items for Purchase
Permits are available for purchase ($80) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Thursday, June 20 – Sunday, June 23. Contact the Conference Management staff at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.
Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.
An electronic version of the Abstract Book will be made available to all registered attendees.
Printed abstract books are available for purchase ($20) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.

Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at email@example.com. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, May 24, 2024 in order to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Friday, May 24, 2024 will not receive a refund. All parking permits are non-refundable.
