Registration Types

Early Bird Regular: $485.00 until Thursday, March 15, 2018. The rate increases to $535 on Friday, March 16, 2018.
Early Bird Student/Post Doc: $385 until Thursday, March 15, 2018. The rate increases to $405 on Friday, March 16, 2018.

Includes: Meeting Attendance, Opening Reception, Breaks, Lunches, Dinners, and Poster Sessions

Additional Items for Purchase

Parking Permit

Permits are available for purchase ($72) and can be ordered when you register for the conference. Parking permits may be purchased up to 3 weeks prior to the conference. All parking permits are non-refundable and valid Thursday, June 28th – Sunday, July 1st. Contact the Conference Management staff at ceaging@union.wisc.edu if you have any questions regarding parking prior to purchasing a permit.

Note, all non-University Housing lodging options offer complimentary parking or parking for a small daily fee.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to ceaging@union.wisc.edu by Tuesday, May 15th in order to receive a partial refund. A $100 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Tuesday, May 15th will not receive a refund. All parking permits are non-refundable.
