Submission Guidelines

• Only create and use one account for abstract submission
• Include all authors in the authors and affiliation list, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and the Principal Investigator/Lab Head
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with spelling and grammar of a quality suitable for presentation
• All submissions will print the exact way they are submitted
• Each abstract should be a maximum of 250 words

Review Procedures

• All oral abstracts must be received by Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:59p CST, to be considered for a presentation
• All poster abstracts must be received by Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:59p CST, to be considered for a presentation
• All submissions are reviewed by the conference program committee
• Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered
• Complete presentation instructions will be emailed to accepted submitters
• Any oral presentations not chosen for an oral presentation will be considered for a poster presentation
