Printed Abstract Books are available for purchase ($25.00US) and should be ordered when you register for the conference.
Parking Permit
Parking in Madison is very limited. It is recommended to review your parking options in advance.
Campus parking can be found on the UW Transportation Services Visitor parking website https://transportation.wisc.edu/visitor-parking/ Lot 6, Helen C. White Library is the closest to Memorial Union.
There are also several City of Madison Parking lots near campus that offer daily parking rates. Click here to find additional information on the City of Madison Parking. The Frances Street Campus Garage is the closest lot to the Memorial Union.
Permits are available for purchase through registration for the conference until Friday, June 28, 2024. All parking permits are non-refundable. Contact the Conference Management staff at microbes@union.wisc.edu if you have any questions regarding parking.

Credit Card*: Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
*University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees can not pay for registration with a University Purchase Card – please select ‘Funding String’ and email microbes@union.wisc.edu to complete payment.
Checks: Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union – Beneficial Microbes 2024 and mail to UW Conference & Registrations, Conference Management | 702 Langdon St | Madison, WI 53706
Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at microbes@union.wisc.edu. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to microbes@union.wisc.edu by 5:00 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in order to receive a partial refund. A process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after 5:00 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2024 will not receive a refund.
