The Hampton Inn & Suites sites blocks from the heart of downtown Madison. Located within walking distance of the Memorial Union and many great local restaurants, shops, and other attractions is the perfect spot. Rooms include a 42-inch LCD TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and many additional comfort amenities. Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and on-site business center to keep you connected. Or, take a swim no matter the season in the indoor pool and stay in shape at the fitness center. Free, hot breakfast is available as well as Basset Street Brunch Club, a local favorite and attached to the hotel.

DoubleTree Hotel

The DoubleTree hotel is located on the east side of campus and downtown between lakes Monona and Mendota. Offering several amenities including a business center and the Badgerland Bar & Grill, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Memorial Union. Each room features a refrigerator, microwave, a 42-inch HDTV, and an excutive desk. Enjoy the nearby bars and resturants, including local favorites like the Nitty Gritty, Ian’s Pizza, and Wando’s. Take advantage of their courtsey local airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour pantry market. Parking is $15/day.
