Madison: Dane County Regional Airport is located 4 miles northeast of downtown Madison.

Milwaukee: General Mitchell International Airport if located approximatley 75 miles east of Madison in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Chicago: Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport are both located about 150 miles southeast of Madison in Chicago, Illinios.

By Bus

Milwaukee: The Badger Coach bus line runs trips from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell Airport to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Total travel time is approximatley 2 hours. Please visist the Badger Bus website here for more information and to book.

Chicago: The Van Galder bus company several trips daily from both Chicago O’Hare and Chicago Midway airports to Madison. Total travel time is approximatly 3 hours. Please visit the Van Galder website here for more information and to book.

By Car

Madison is approximately 140 miles northwest of Chicago, 75 miles west of Milwaukee, and 270 miles southeast of Minneapolis. If you plan to rent or bring a car to the meeting, we suggest arranging parking at your hotel. Otherwise, the nearest public garage to the meeting site is at the State Street Campus Garage, about .2 miles away. Please note, you will need to move your car every 48 hours if you decided to park at the State Street Campus Garage. 

Taxi and Rideshare
