Payment Information

Credit Card: Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover*University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees can not pay for registration with a University Purchase Card – please select ‘Funding String’ and email conferences@union.wisc.edu to complete payment.

Checks: Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union – NGPT 2024 and mail to Wisconsin Union Conference Management | 800 Langdon St. | Madison, WI 53706. Please allow time for checks to be but and mailed.

Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at conferences@union.wisc.edu. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@union.wisc.edu no later than April 19, 2024 in order to receive a partial refund. A $150 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after April 19, 2024 will not receive a refund.

University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for their registration with a university purchasing card. Please select “funding string” as your payment type and email conferences@union.wisc.edu with the funding string you’d like charged for your registration. 

Spam/Fraud Altert: 

Please note that conference communication will only come direclty from our conference organizer, Xudong Wang or our conference management team at conferences@union.wisc.edu or +1(608) 890-2645. We’ve been recently made aware of fraudlent third parties reaching out to conference attendees asking for credit card information. Do not give your personal information to any other parties claiming to be associated wtih NGPT.
